Frequently asked questions about ordering and delivery

When we receive your order we will process it the same day.
We strive to deliver your order the next day.

We work with Post NL and DHL. To follow your order you will receive a track & trace code.

For parcels with different dimensions and for large shipments it may be that we deliver the goods ourselves. We will contact you about the delivery.

Don't want to receive the products right away but prefer to receive them a little later. No problem. In the order note you can place a comment with the desired delivery date. We will then ensure that the products are delivered around that date.

You can also pick up your order at our shop. In your shopping basket you can indicate that you want to collect the products from us. In the order note you can specify when you want to pick up the goods. We ensure that the goods are ready at our location in Lelystad.

For an order via the website, click on the shopping cart, displayed on the right next to the product to be ordered. You specify the number, for example "1 roll of Multi Cover Event" the product will then be added to your order and automatically appear in your "basket". If your order is complete you can place your order by using the "buy now" button. After the contact information is filled out and sent, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of your order. The same day you will receive an email with the confirmation and an attachment (PDF) containing your invoice.

Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please call our customer service as soon as possible.

If the order has already shipped, you can return your product by using our return policy.
