Below we are happy to inform you about your questions regarding deliveries. 

When we receive your order we will process it the same day.

We strive to deliver your order the next day. This depends on how busy the carrier is, of course.

We work with Post NL and DHL.

To track your order you will receive a track & trace code.

For parcels with different dimensions and for large shipments it may be that we deliver the goods ourselves. We will contact you about the delivery.

Don't want to receive the products right away but prefer to receive them a little later. No problem. In the order note you can place a comment with the desired delivery date. We will then ensure that the products are delivered around that date.

You can also pick up your order at our shop. In your shopping basket you can indicate that you want to collect the products from us. In the order note you can specify when you want to pick up the goods. We ensure that the goods are ready at our location in Lelystad.
