Frequently Asked Questions

To qualify for a business account you must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce. When registering, you will need the Chamber of Commerce number and a valid VAT number.

You can create a business account by signing up using the sign up button. Fill in the requested data. Once the data has been checked and approved, your account will be activated and you will receive a message from us.

Would you like to continue with your account immediately? Then contact us by phone so we can check your information immediately.

You can pay with a business account via iDeal, Paypal, Credit Card or on account with a payment term of 14 days.

Once the order is processed in our system, you will receive a digital VAT invoice.

If you have not received an invoice, please contact us. We will email you the correct invoice immediately. 

In that case you do not have to pay VAT. Your company or organization must then have a valid VAT number. Because Dutch Protect Flooring is based in the Netherlands, we can treat the order as an "intra-community delivery".
