How can I place an order?

For an order via the website, click on the shopping cart, displayed on the right next to the product to be ordered. You specify the number, for example "1 roll Multi Cover Event " the product will then be added to your order and automatically arrive in your "basket".

If your order is complete you can place your order by using the "buy now" button. After the contact details have been filled in and sent, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of your order. The same day you will receive an email with the confirmation and an attachment (PDF) containing your invoice.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please call our customer service as soon as possible.

If the order has already shipped, you can return your product by using our return policy.
